A parking stall bumper and cover assembly (10) and a method of providing advertising thereon are provided. The method includes providing a concrete parking bumper (12) in a parking lot and providing a cover (14) for the concrete parking bumper (12). The cover (14) is typically plastic or metal and largely covers the parking bumper (12). The cover (14) has an outer surface and an inner surface, and the inner surface of the cover (14) substantially conforms to the upper surface of the concrete parking bumper (12). Advertising is provided by attaching a message to the cover (14). Most preferably the advertisement is provided on one side of an adhesive label. |
