PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To illuminate a surface of a body to be inspected without attenuating an intensity of laser light with adjusting a delay time. SOLUTION: A laser light from an ultrasonic wave generation laser light source 1 is input to an electro-optic element 3 controlling an illumination power, a distance and a timing. The laser light from the electro-optic element 3 is input to an optical switch 6 which sequentially switches the laser light and inputs to one ends of a plurality of generation optical fibers 7 while controlling to delay the light. The laser light from the ultrasonic wave generation laser light source 1 is projected from the other ends of the generation optical fibers 7, thereby illuminating a surface of a body 13 to be inspected. |
