Method, architecture, and apparatus for dynamic content translation and switching

This document outlines a new and novel concept for an internet infrastructure component system that allows companies to dynamically translate and switch content on the fly by creating a control channel which "rides" on top of existing protocols used in the internet and other communications systems today.
