PURPOSE: A private exchange system using VoDSL(Voice Over Digital Subscriber Line) and VDSL(Very high speed Digital Subscriber Line) is provided to connect data and audio commuication by using VoDSL and VDSL when connecting a new private exchange to an exchange station. CONSTITUTION: A line interface card(110) is connected to the VoDSL line and extracts audio data. The audio data is controlled by a control board(30) and connected to an SLC(120) and so a call is performed by a general telephone. Packet data transmitted through the VDSL is extracted in a PSM(Packet Switching Module,160) and then connected to a circumference PC and a server through the inside switch of PSM(160) and a PSC(Packet Switching Card,170). The PSM(160) and PSC(170) can apply a telephone service using a packet network by controlling the control board(140) of VoIP and can link circumference systems after converting data type such as ATM, E1/T1, VoDSL, VDSL etc. through an IWC(Interworking Card,150).
