PROBE MEMBER FOR DETECTING ACCUMULATED AMOUNT OF ACID EXHAUST COMPOUND FOR BLANKET TUNGSTEN RELEASING FACILITY

PURPOSE: A probe member is provided to detect accumulated amount of acid exhaust compound in a convenient and rapid manner, and achieve use convenience by allowing the probe member to be assembled/disassembled. CONSTITUTION: A probe member is installed to an acid exhaust stream pipe(10) so as to detect the degree of accumulation of acid compound which is accumulated by an acid exhaust stream flowing through the acid exhaust stream pipe of a blanket tungsten releasing facility. The probe member includes a conical probe; a head section(6) arranged at an end of the probe; and a probe coupling section arranged at the acid exhaust stream pipe so as to allow for insertion of the probe and coupling of the head section. The probe has a length corresponding to the radius of the acid exhaust stream pipe. The head section has a screw thread(14) formed at the outer periphery of the head section so as to allow the head section to be coupled with the probe coupling section. The probe coupling section includes a probe hole(16) formed at the acid exhaust stream pipe so as to allow the probe to be inserted into the probe hole; and a nut section(18) formed around the probe hole so as to be coupled with the head section.
