PURPOSE: A residual gas control apparatus is provided to selectively burn LPG gas remaining at a line using the line pressure without waiting until the LPG gas remaining at the line completely burns at the intense heat or cold period. CONSTITUTION: A residual gas control apparatus is composed of a pressure sensor(8) for detecting the pressure in a line for supplying the gas from the gas storage to the engine; a control unit(9) for controlling the power, and an intense heat/cold switch(7). When the intense heat/cold switch(7) turns to be on, the residual gas in the line burns regardless of on/off-condition of a starter key(4). When the intense heat/cold switch(7) turns to be off, the gas in the line remains at the off-condition of the starter key(4).
