PURPOSE: An open lever of a trunk lid for emergency exit is provided to use easily to even children, and to manufacture in low price. CONSTITUTION: An open lever of a trunk lid for emergency exit consists of a handle bracket(1) close to a trunk latch(2) to lock a trunk lid and installed in a trunk room; a lever(6) having a handle part made by plastic material, installed to be movable in the handle bracket, and being bent to the two parts; a connecting flap(8) connected to the lever to rotate with the lever and being contacted with a lock latch(4) to rotate the lock latch of the trunk latch to the direction for opening the trunk lid; a spring pressing the lever to the outer direction. The lock latch has a groove in the one side. The groove is hanged in a hook(5), and the trunk lid is locked. If the lever is rotated to the opening direction of the trunk lid, the connecting flap moves the lock latch. The groove in the lock latch is separated from the hook by the rotation of the lock latch, and the trunk lid is opened.
