PURPOSE: A device for controlling the idle of a turbo-charger by using a pneumatic circuit is provided to prevent the damage around a bearing in the turbo-charger after an engine rotates at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the idle of a turbo-charger is composed of an oil storing tank(6) to which oil is fed through a first passage(8) above a passage(9); a pneumatic circuit(1) feeding the oil from the oil storing tank(6) to a rotary shaft(16) through a second passage(7) under the first passage(8); and a timer(25) determining the operation time of the pneumatic circuit(1).
