PURPOSE: A massage pillow is provided to massage or acupressure the shoulder of a user during the sleep of the user, thus making the user get much sleep by solving the pain of the neck and the shoulder. CONSTITUTION: The massage pillow consists of a neck pillow part(110) formed in the center of a pillow body for supporting the neck of a user at a desired height when the user lies facing upward; a side face bearing part(120,120') formed at both sides of the neck pillow part for supporting the side of a face at a desired height when the user lies on his/her side; a shoulder support part(130,130') to be tightly contact with both shoulders of the user; and a massage device(140,140') operated to massage or acupressure the shoulder of the user with being contact with the shoulder support part.
