PURPOSE: A method for controlling an inner fan motor is provided to circulate heat through a chamber for a microwave oven by alternating the rotary direction of the inner fan motor. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling an inner fan motor(25) comprises the steps of: determining whether the inner fan motor(25) is operated according to a selected cooking; rotating the inner fan toward a direction; rotating the inner fan toward an opposite direction; and alternating the rotary direction of the inner fan motor(25) until cooking time is finished.
