PURPOSE: An automatic withdrawing device of a drawer type washing machine is provided to open or close a cabinet by a simple manipulation of an opening/closing switch mounted outside a case by mounting a driving unit and a power transmission unit a case and the cabinet. CONSTITUTION: An automatic withdrawing device of a drawer type washing machine includes a case(2) of which a surface is opened, a cabinet(4) mounted in the case to move rectilinearly along a side surface of the case, a guide panel(55) formed at least at a side of the cabinet, a driving roller(53) contacting the guide panel and rotatable in the guide panel, and a driving motor(51) for rotating the driving roller for moving the cabinet back and forth.
