PURPOSE: Provided is a fast clip fixer which exactly aligns a fast clip in producing a concrete sleeper for a rapid transit and places firmly not to move by any external shock so that it prevents work and product inferior. CONSTITUTION: The fast clip fixer comprises the parts of: a metallic body(10) which includes a projected side(11) to project a part of both edges of the upper side upwardly, a digital "C"-character hole(12) which is vertically penetrated at both projected sides and oppositely placed, a clamping hole which horizontally penetrates both sectional centers to connect to the digital "C"-character hole; and a clamping tool(20) which is inserted into the clamping hole to fix a head part of the fast clip, which is inserted into the digital "C"-character clip. |
