PURPOSE: Lower structure of a sliding door for a vehicle is provided to improve assemblage between a sliding door rail and a sliding door and to open the sliding door. CONSTITUTION: Lower structure of a sliding door in a vehicle comprises a lower supporter(30) slidingly mounted on a sliding door rail; a support body(31) combined to an inner portion of a sliding door; a rotating shaft(36) having returning force; a supporting bracket(35) rotationally combined to an end portion of the support body; and a lower roller(33) arranged on an end portion of the supporting bracket; and a bearing(32) guiding the lower roller into the sliding door rail by being mounted on the lower roller. The lower supporter is conveniently inserted to the sliding door rail. Thereby, the lower structure of the sliding door in the vehicle improves assemblage between the sliding door rail and the sliding door.
