PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a spare tire is provided to conveniently remove and install the spare tire and to prevent generation of noise without considering thickness of the spare tire. CONSTITUTION: Structure for installing a spare tire comprises a bracket(13) supporting a spare tire(11) by being fixed on a lower portion of a rear floor; a carrier(15) rotationally mounted on the bracket through a hinge(21); a hook(17) fixing the carrier around the hinge; an elastic member(19) supporting the hook; a handle(23) protruded on a side portion of the hook; a hook guide(25) penetrating an upper portion of the hook; and a stopper(27) supplying repulsive force into the elastic member by being mounted on an upper portion of the hook. The carrier attaches the spare tire to a chassis of a vehicle. Thereby, the structure for installing the spare tire prevents generation of noise without considering thickness of the spare tire by conveniently mounting or removing the spare tire.
