PURPOSE: Hinge assembly structure for preventing a hood from being pushed back in front collision in a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of a passenger by mounting a stopper. CONSTITUTION: Hinge assembly structure for preventing a hood from being pushed back in front collision comprises a hood inner panel mounted on a hood assembly; an upper bracket(42) fixed on the hood inner panel; a lower bracket(44) rotating around a hinge pin(34) by being mounted on a hinge assembly; and a stopper(36) preventing the upper bracket from being pushed back by being mounted on an end portion of the lower bracket. The stopper is integrally formed with the lower bracket by being separated from the upper bracket to prevent the upper bracket from pushing back. Thereby, the hinge assembly structure for preventing the hood from being pushed back prevents damage of a passenger by mounting the stopper.
