PURPOSE: A cup holder of a rear seat armrest for a vehicle is provided to prevent the overflow of the content in a cup and to avoid the invasion of foreign matters to a cup holder by integrally forming a cover. CONSTITUTION: A cup holder comprises a housing(11) embedded in a rear seat armrest, fixing units(12a) fixed on both faces of a housing, guide pins(15) respective formed on the fixing units and the housing to guide the movement of the cover, and guide holes(14). A fixing protrusion(16) fixed on the guide pin is formed in the guide hole. The fixing protrusion is for holding a cover(12). When an armrest is used, the cover is closed. When a cup holder(10) is used, the cover is opened and closed by rotating via a hinge shaft(13).
