PURPOSE: A method for providing the network and process communication is provided to enable a developer to carry out a project more easily and smoothly by offering a process and network communication tool in order to program and modify to the developer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of transforming the transmission data into a stream format by using a corresponding C source after automatically generating the data and stream transforming C source by an ATDL(Action Table Description Language)(S2)and transferring the stream format data to a socket program according to the importance of the network and data after confirming the importance of the network and data(S3,S4). After checking a network communication technique, the stream format data is transmitted to a facing system according to the network communication technique(S5,S6). The facing system automatically generates the data and stream transforming C source by the ATDL and transforms the stream format data into the data of an original format by using the corresponding C source(S9).
