PURPOSE: A device for withdrawing power of a propeller shaft driving type is provided to transfer driving force into a shaft by withdrawing driving force through a power transferring gear. CONSTITUTION: A power withdrawing device of a propeller shaft driving type comprises a transmission changing a gear by receiving driving force via an engine; a front propeller shaft(1) receiving rotational force by the transmission; a rear propeller shaft(3) receiving the driving force by the front propeller shaft; a gear box(5) mounted on an outer circumference of the front propeller shaft; a coupler(7) arranged on the outer circumference of the front propeller shaft; a first power transferring gear(9) engaged with the coupler; a second power transferring gear(11) tooth engaged with the first power transferring gear; and a shaft(13) receiving power by the power transferring gears. Thereby, the power-withdrawing device of the propeller shaft driving type transfers the driving force into the shaft by withdrawing the driving force by the power transferring gear.
