PURPOSE: An apparatus for sustaining plasma luminescence is provided to improve an operating performance by shielding an electromagnetic wave and performing a heat-sink function. CONSTITUTION: A package type power transistor(12), manual elements(13a,13b,13c,13d,13e) such as a resistance, a condenser, and an inductor, an ion setup block formed with an integrated circuit(14), and a driver power block are formed on an upper portion of a printed circuit board. A module(20) including a discharge sustain block and a driver power block is formed on the printed circuit board. The module(20) including the discharge sustain block and the driver power block is formed with a power transistor of a bare chip type, a manual element such as the resistance, the condenser, and the inductor, and an integrated circuit. A module case is used for forming an external appearance of the module(20). A module electrode lead is connected with the module case. |
