PURPOSE: A self-locking staple is provided to achieve improved coupling force, while reducing working time and improving workability by adopting the striking system using staple. CONSTITUTION: A self-locking staple(40) penetrates into a first object(20) and a second object(10) by the striking force of a hammer. Then, the staple is self-locked by an end of the staple which is bent by the striking force caused due to the deviation of length(L) of the staple. The self-locking staple comprises a self-locking part(42) having a sharp shape before being struck, and which is bent after passing through the first and second objects; and left and right pin parts(44,46) which maintains a predetermined deviation of length such that left and right head sections(44a,46a) of left and right pin parts have different height, before being struck. The left and right pin parts pass through the first and second objects at an equal speed when the pin parts are being struck. The deviation of length moves toward the self-locking part at the point of time where the heights of left and right head sections are maintained equal, thus transmitting striking force to the self-locking part and permitting the self-locking part to be bent at an opposite angle.
