PURPOSE: In an emergency starting inputting manually a user code stored in an automobile key, the user code is inputted by using a thermal line switch in rear window, thereby reducing voltage lowering of battery and improving convenience. CONSTITUTION: A lamp(40) shows to the user that a user code is inputted manually. An immobilizer control portion(20) lights the lamp by the inputted signal form a manual input terminal(IN2), and outputs starting signal to an engine control portion(30) when the user code is identical to the set code of the automobile. An indicator light control portion(50) controls indicating lights of a console. A manual input switch(60) is connected to the manual input terminal to input the user code.
