PURPOSE: A device for separating swarf of dust tank is provided, which can prevent the pollution of alkali liquid by removing swarf absorbed in dust tank using filter, thus it is possible to improve the efficiency of dust removing and prevent clogging of spray nozzle. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a connection pipe(170) which absorbs mist by fan in the operation stage of motor(171) installed at the upper part of dust tank(100); a fan housing(172) in which a drain pipe(190) which drains swarf and a discharge pipe(180) which discharges mist is connected; a drain line which is installed following the conduit of pipe arrangement(170); a separation case(10) in the front and back of which decompression sensors(12) are installed; an inclined-filter and a filter paper which are installed inside of the separation case; an air transfer pipe(40) of which conduit is opened and closed by solenoid valve(41) operated by the signal of the decompression sensor; an oil discharge pipe(50) of which conduit is opened and closed by sensor(52) operated by floating ball(51); a swarf separation pipe(60) which discharges swarf that is filtrated by inclined-filter in the stage of rotation of transfer screw operated by motor into swarf box.
