PURPOSE: A mobile terminal for a headphone is provided to perform a communication function through an earphone and a microphone, when there is a call request, by combining the mobile terminal with a radio function. CONSTITUTION: An earphone control unit(33) has a call setup key(33a) for setting a voice call function and a call finish key(33b) for canceling the voice call function and various function keys in a radio. A control unit(34) performs an interface function with a mobile terminal(40) and controls various functions of the radio such as pause, reproduction functions according to the existence of input of a ring signal from the mobile terminal(40). A microprocessor(41) generates a ring signal through a baseband conversion unit(42) when a call request signal is received through an antenna(11), transmits to the control unit(34) and interfaces various signals with the control unit(34) of the radio(30). The baseband conversion unit(42) generates the ring signal and performs a digital-analog and an analog-digital conversions corresponding to the voice signal transmitted and received from the control unit(34) of the radio(30).
