PURPOSE: Structure for preventing vibration of a tray door panel in a vehicle is provided to improve rigidity of the tray door panel and to prevent vibration. CONSTITUTION: Vibration preventing structure of a tray door panel for a vehicle comprises a brim(11) mounted on an upper portion of the tray door; a reinforcement material(12) installed on an inner portion of the tray door; a door panel(13) formed on an outer portion of the tray door; plural sealing units(20) arranged between the reinforcement material and the door panel; and a mastic sealer(30) applied to a middle portion of the tray door. The sealing unit formed on upper and lower portions between the reinforcement material and the door panel to improve rigidity of the door panel. The mastic sealer is inserted to the middle portion to prevent the door panel from vibrating. Thereby, the vibration preventing structure of the tray door panel for the vehicle improves rigidity of the tray door panel while preventing vibration.
