PURPOSE: Structure for opening a back door of a vehicle is provided to prevent an accident generated in crashing with other vehicles and to conveniently load a cargo. CONSTITUTION: Structure for opening a back door in a vehicle comprises a flat plate unit mounted in the middle of hinge shafts; folding units formed on both sides of the hinge shafts by being mounted on a double hinge; a back door(10) having a steering unit; a magnet installed on a side panel(20); a hole(12) formed on an edge of the back door; a checker(40) fixing a ring(43) on the hole; a spring(41) installed on the checker; and a screw(42) arranged on the side panel. The magnet is located on a contacting portion between the side panel and the steering unit of the back door. Thereby, the structure for opening the back door in the vehicle prevent an accident generated in crashing with other vehicles while loading a cargo.
