PROCESS OF PRODUCING HIGH QUALITY PAPER PULP FROM WASTE CARTON PACK USING SURFACTANT

PURPOSE: A process of preparing high quality reclaimed paper pulp having almost no destruction of fiber tissue by easily separating polyethylene resin of carton packs using physical properties and chemical properties of a surfactant is provided. It has the advantages of reducing the generation of wastewater and manufacturing time. CONSTITUTION: Waste carton packs itself without finely cutting or perforating are soaked in water with a surfactant, beaten and dissolved. Thereafter, the pretreated waste pulp is separated from a polyethylene film. The surfactant is an anionic surfactant, non-ionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, amphoteric surfactant and a mixture thereof.
