MULTI-DAMPING STRUCTURE FOR DRIVER OF POWER WINDOW MOTOR

PURPOSE: Multi-damping structure for a driver of a power window motor is provided to gradually and stably reduce the shock applied to a worm gear when a glass window of a vehicle is stopped suddenly by using many corrugated leaf springs and a shock absorbing disk. CONSTITUTION: A worm gear(400) has saw teeth on the outer face and a round partition wall(402) formed on the bottom face of a round disk groove having a first through hole. A shock absorbing disk(200) placed on the disk groove of the worm gear has a second through hole(201) and spring fixing units(202) on the circumference. Many corrugated leaf springs(100,110) are fitted to fixing slits(406) of the worm gear by interference-fit. A dog plate(300) has drive pins inserted to drive grooves(203) of a shock absorbing disk(200) and shaft combining holes(301). The corrugated leaf springs damp shock in a gap(404) formed in the worm gear with the frequent bending.
