PURPOSE: A rear wheel suspension for a vehicle is provided to improve steering stability and handling by increasing rectilinear safety with reducing left and right displacement of a front end of a rear spring. CONSTITUTION: A leaf spring(20) is supported by a mounting block, and the mounting block is connected to an outrigger jointed with a side frame(24) through a rubber bush. Second and third mounting bushes(32,34) are combined with brackets(26,31). A first mounting bush(30) is installed in the mounting block, and connected to second and third mounting bushed through first and second control links(29,33). First and second control links are supported in brackets by second and third mounting bushes, and left and right displacement of the leaf spring is absorbed with the mounting block. Steering stability is improved with reducing displacement of the front end of the rear spring during traveling.
