发明名称 OPTICAL DISK FOR RECORDING NEAR FIELD
摘要 PURPOSE: An optical disk for recording a near field is provided to form a reflective film of a disk by adding aluminum alloy or a silver alloy capable of suppressing crystallinity of aluminum or silver, thereby reducing surface roughness of the disk. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam focused through an SIL(Solid Immersion Lens)(55) via an objective lens(51) is incident on a recording film(64) without passing through a substrate(61) of an optical disk(60). The optical disk firstly forms a reflective film(62) from a top surface of the substrate, and forms the second dielectric film(63), the recording film, the first dielectric film(65), and a protective film(66) in order on the reflective film. A surface structure of the reflective film influences surface structures of other films including the second dielectric film and the recording film. The reflective film is formed by adding a material whose crystallinity is not big to aluminum among aluminum alloys.
