PURPOSE: A method of magnetization rotor in brushless direct current motor is provided to prevent a magnet of a rotor from decreasing magnetization by inserting a motor shaft into the rotor and performing an adhesion process with a stator coil. CONSTITUTION: A first process inserts a shaft(32) into a rotor(30) which has a plurality of magnetic material(31a,31b,31c,31d). A second process permits a power into a coil of a stator(20) and mounts the plurality of magnetic material(31a,31b,31c,31d).
