PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing foreign materials in sole flue of a coke oven is provided to reduce quantity of heat consumed and improve quality of coke by connecting to an air inlet box lid which is opened or closed in a time interval of 20 minutes, thereby automatically removing foreign materials inside the sole flue of the coke oven. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing foreign materials in sole flue of a coke oven is characterized in that two or more units(24) which are connected each other are installed inside the sole flue(11), wherein each of the units(24) is consisted of two frames(21) at the lower part of which a roller is installed, two scrapers(22) rotationally coupled between the frames(22) and a connection rod(23) both ends of which are coupled to the two scrapers(22) by hinges, a scraper arm is formed at the upper part of the scraper of the side of an air inlet box lid(14), both ends of a connection bar(30) are rotationally connected to the scraper arm and an air inlet box respectively, and a foreign material collection tank(41) having a collection tank lid(40) is installed on the bottom under the connection bar(30). |
