PURPOSE: Lubricating structure of a manual transmission is provided to restrict adhesion and degradation from wrong assembling of an oil funnel and interference of rotating parts, and to prevent oil leakage by modifying the structure of the oil funnel. CONSTITUTION: A manual transmission is composed of an input shaft(2) turned by rotational force of an engine; an output shaft(4) transmitting rotational force to a differential; and a synchronizer between the input shaft and the output shaft operated by a shift lever. The output shaft is supported in a transmission housing(6), and turned by a bearing(8). An oil passage(10) is formed in the output shaft to supply oil to shift gears, and a supply passage(16) is formed between the oil passage and the shift gear. An oil guide(18) is inserted to the end of the output shaft to guide oil to the oil passage. Lubricating is performed with guiding oil to the oil passage by integrally forming the oil guide in the transmission housing. Oil leakage is prevented with sealing by installing an O-ring(24) between the oil guide and an insertion part(20). |
