摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method for concentrating oxygen by which the purity of oxygen is increased in contrast to flow amount, while compressing energy is reduced by the pressure balance at the bottom of the two sieve beds and decreasing the generated noises. Also, a device for concentrating oxygen is provided. CONSTITUTION: The device comprise: an adsorption filter(10) to filter the air in the atmosphere, a compressor(50) and adsorption tower(60-1)(60-2) to adsorb the adsorbed nitrogen; an orifice(90) for washing the adsorption towers and obtaining the high purity oxygen; check valves(90-1)(90-2) preventing the back flow of oxygen; a storage tank(100) to keep the purity of oxygen at a fixed level, reducing the change of discharge flow rate; a pressure controller(70) to keep the pressure of the discharged oxygen at the low level and a flow meter(80) to supply the constant flow of oxygen; a controller part(110) and a muffler(20) to prevent noise when discharging oxygen after washing; and 3/2 solenoid valves(40-1)(40-2) installed at the bottom of the above absorption towers(60-1)(60-2).
