CREAMER HAVING HIGH SWEETNESS AND COFFEE MIX HAVING HIGH SWEETNESS PRODUCED BY USING SAME

PURPOSE: A creamer composition having sweetness of above predetermined level, together with characteristics of general creamers is provided. A coffee mix containing the creamer reduces the amount of sugar to be added to exhibit sweetness closely similar to conventional coffee mix products by 40%, thereby reducing the caloric intake by about 20%. CONSTITUTION: The creamer is made up of 99.7 to 99.9% by weight of a vegetable creamer and 0.1 to 0.3% by weight of Stevioside or sucralose and the coffee mix is made up of 38 to 46% by weight of the creamer composition having high sweetness, 16 to 20% by weight of coffee and 36 to 44% by weight of sugar.
