PURPOSE: A rotary compressor is provided to oil from spouting to an upper side of a hermetic vessel when pressure, increased by movement of a vane, is discharged through a pressure releasing hole. CONSTITUTION: An oil spouting preventive device is placed right on a pressure releasing hole(31f) to prevent oil from spouting as pressure in a vane slot is discharged. The oil spouting preventive device includes a spouting preventive piece(45), extended from a part of a bearing(40), installed on a cylinder(31) to form a compression chamber(31a); and a spouting preventive plate, placed on an inner wall of a hermetic vessel to cover an upper part of the pressure releasing hole. A hemispheric reflective groove(46) is formed on a lower surface of the spouting preventive piece.
