PURPOSE: Chassis structure for corresponding to rear offset collision in a vehicle is provided to reduce deformation of a chassis by efficiently dispersing impact. CONSTITUTION: Chassis structure for corresponding to rear offset collision of a vehicle comprises a rear chassis(8) formed on a rear portion of the vehicle; cross members(12,14) vertically connected to rear side members(20a,20b); and a sub member(18) mounted on a middle outer portion of the outer cross member. The sub member is extended to a rear end portion of the rear side member. The sub member is combined to the outer cross member by welding. Impact generated in crashing between a rear chassis and obstacle(10) is dispersed into the rear side member and the sub member. Thereby, the chassis structure for corresponding to the rear offset collision of the vehicle reduces deformation of the chassis by efficiently dispersing the impact.
