PURPOSE: A clutch pedal return device of a vehicle is provided to make a clutch pedal return slowly by installing a return spring even when an external force is temporarily removed from the clutch pedal. CONSTITUTION: A return spring(6) for the returning of a clutch pedal(2) is installed between a body(8) and the clutch pedal. A damping unit(9) for delaying the returning of the clutch pedal when an external force is removed from the clutch pedal is prepared between the body and the clutch pedal. If an external force is removed from the clutch pedal, a cylinder(17) ascends by the restorative force of the return spring. Thus, a piston fitted in a piston rod(11) descends to the bottom dead center and contacts to a line control plate. Oil flows into the cylinder only through the gap between a line and a knob(16), and the cylinder ascends slowly. Therefore, the clutch pedal returns slowly even if the external force is removed from the clutch pedal.
