PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain composition consisting essentially of barium titanate, capable of being fired at <=1,150 deg.C, preferably <=1,050 deg.C under the atmosphere and having excellent dielectric constant having small fluctuation in a wide resonance frequency ranging from 1 MHz to 1GHz. SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain composition is obtained by including at least an alkali metal as an assistant component in barium titanate, preferably adding at least one kind of Nb component, Zn component, Bi component, Cu component, Zr component, Co component, Si component and B component and firing at <=1,150 deg.C under the atmosphere. The composition, the firing condition and the like are controlled so as to have the dielectric constant ε of >=1,000. |
