摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurea-based paint film composition having sufficiently low viscosity and good workability even without solvent, curing at normal temperature, and excellent in curability at normal temperature, paint film appearance after curing, mechanical strength and adhesivity to topcoat. SOLUTION: The polyurea paint film composition contains the main component comprising an isocyanate-containing compound and an aromatic polyamine- containing curing agent. The composition further contains a plasticizer which comprises one or more kinds of esters of a 12-24C aliphatic monocarboxylic acid and a 1-10C monool, and has a viscosity of <=20 mPa.s at 20 deg.C, and the composition contains substantially no solvent.
