PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service in response to a using language. SOLUTION: A terminal is connected to a server via the Internet. A program 8 for determining a built-in language based on a character font used in a sentence transmitted from a user, and systems 9A, 9B, 9C,... for coping with customers a language by a language are built in a memory part of the server. A home page prepared the language by the language is mentioned as one example of the system for coping with the customers.
