PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated member having excellent heat resistance and exhibiting high reliability. SOLUTION: An A6061 material is used as a base material 1, and a part of the base material 1 is coated with a flame sprayed deposit 2 composed of stainless steel having a melting point higher than that of the constituent materials of the base material 1. Moreover, porosity in the flame sprayed deposit 2 is made to <=10%, and the shrinkage rate of the flame sprayed deposit when heat treatment is applied at 100 deg.C is made of <=1%. |
