FERTILIZER FORMING EQUIPMENT FOR ORGANIC MATERIALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fertilizer forming equipment for organic materials with which an improvement in scenery and the downsizing of carrying-in an out facilities are made possible, the treatment of a large amount of a material is possible and the resulted products are stable in quality. SOLUTION: This equipment consists of primary treatment equipment 1 which dewaters the raw materials of the organic materials and ferments the raw materials to a prescribed level and secondary treatment equipment 2 which further ferments the raw materials treated by the primary treatment equipment and forms the fertilizers in the final. The primary treatment equipment 1 includes a fermentation vessel 2 which agitates the raw materials 39 within the vessel under reduced pressure while heating the raw materials in the presence of anaerobic microorganisms. The secondary treatment equipment is constituted by embedding a fermenter 51 for anaerobic treatment under the ground and housing a cylindrical inner vessel 53 having air permeability and self- standability for containing the raw materials M for secondary treatment into the fermenter 51 puttably in and out by opening and closing of an upper cap 51e of the fermenter 51.
