<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify registration and a confirmation work of various information registered in a communication device such as a facsimile device. SOLUTION: This device has a mail box 12 for allowing the communication device having an image/voice accumulation memory 13 capable of registering various image information and voice information or a parameter accumulation memory 14 capable of registering telephone number information to receive, as an electronic mail, the image information, the voice information or the telephone number information to be registered in the image/voice accumulation memory 13 or the parameter accumulation memory 14, from an optional personal computer connected to a network, and registers the image information, the voice information or the telephone number information in the received electronic mail into the image/voice accumulation memory 13 or the parameter accumulation memory 14. The device returns, as an electronic mail, the image information, the voice information or the telephone number information registered in the image/voice accumulation memory 13 or in the parameter accumulation memory 14 in response to an inquiry from a personal computer.</p> |
