PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stable fast rotation for a long time and to prevent seizure due to contact between dynamic pressure bearing faces. SOLUTION: The motor has a dynamic pressure bearing part which bears a first holding member 2 to hold a magnet 21 and a second holding member 3 to hold a coil 31 through a fluid so that the first holding member 2 and the second holding member 3 are relatively rotated by energizing the coil 31. The dynamic pressure bearing part of the motor consists of the outer face 23 of the first holding member 2 and the inner face 35 of the second holding member 3. At least one of the bearing faces 23, 35 is subjected to the base treatment and the bearing face subjected to the base treatment is coated with a nickel- phosphorus plating 25a having dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene. |
