PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller low in compression set declining tendency, free from surface bleeding due to the softening agent or the like contained therein, and producible relatively at low cost in a simple production process, and to provide a development apparatus using the above roller. SOLUTION: The objective electroconductive thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) a polyamide-based elastomer, (B) an oil-extended olefin-based copolymer rubber comprising 100 pts. mass of an olefin-based copolymer rubber with a 100 deg.C Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 100 deg.C) of 120-350 and 20-150 pts. mass of a mineral oil-based softening agent, (C) a modified polyolefin resin and (D) an electroconductive filler; wherein this elastomer composition is characterized by that the component A constitutes the matrix phase, while the component B constitutes the dispersed phase, and the component D is present selectively in the component A. |
