PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement system with which it is possible to notify an examinee of poor physical health in an ahead sick state without imposing unnecessary mental burdens on the examinee.SOLUTION: Provided is a biological information measurement system 1 for measuring body conditions on the basis of defecation gas, the system comprising: an examinee specification device; a suction device 18 for sucking in a gas inside a bowl; a gas detection device 20 for reacting to methyl mercaptan gas contained in the sucked gas and odorous gases other than that; a control device for controlling the suction device and the gas detection device; a storage device for storing first detection data detected by the gas detection device for each examinee specified by the examinee specification device; a data analysis device for analyzing the body condition of the examinee on the basis of a chronological change of a plurality of first detection data detected in a plurality of acts of defecation performed within a prescribed period and stored in the storage device; and an output device for outputting the result of analysis by this data analysis device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
