PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder and a paper case which can accommodate toilet paper, rolled paper, a wrap film, or a paper towel, and can cut the toilet paper, the rolled paper, the wrap film, or the paper towel with one hand in a required length without touching other portions.SOLUTION: A paper holder A comprises a sandpaper 6 for cutting paper drawn from a space of a cover 4 of the paper holder A.
