PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit having an option hole, where a cover body can easily and securely be attached/detached and the inconvenience of a blocked state and the deformation of parts due to the strength of clamp are difficult to occur. SOLUTION: In the electronic unit with an option hole, the insertion hole 32i of a fitting screw 56 is formed near the option hole 32h, and the indicator part 32m of a character corresponding to the option hole 32h is arranged in a frame 31. The cover body 50 is provided with an inserting part 51 engaged with the option hole specifying the direction, cover parts 52 and 53 extended to a frame outer face from the option hole 32h so that they cover the display part 32m, and a screw connection part 54 which is positioned inside the insertion hole 32i of the fitting screw 56 and has a female screw hole 54a.
