PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional pilot valve type solenoid feed valve, causing its high cost and bad workability due to the adaptation of an energy absorbing cylindrical member or the like as a diaphragm valve. SOLUTION: In this solenoid feed valve, a side small hole 73 is provided on the side bellows part of a soft diaphragm 66 constituting the diaphragm valve, a side projection 72 is provided on the small projection 62 part of a hard disc 61, and a side L-shaped hole 64 (communicating hole) of substantially L-shaped bent hollow passage allowing an inflow chamber 13 to communicate with a back pressure chamber 34 is provided on the side projection 72 and the small projection 62 part.
