PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastner having good installing workability same as an ordinary grommet, and keeping installing stability and a sealing property at high level. SOLUTION: This fastner 3 is composed of a grommet 1 and a cap 2. The grommet 1 is provided with a hollow shaft portion 11 opening at one side, and a flange 13 formed at the opening end portion of the hollow shaft portion, and the cap 2 is composed of a hollow shaft portion 25 opening at one side so as to receive the grommet shaft portion 11, and a flange 26 formed on the opening end portion of the hollow shaft portion. The cap shaft portion 25 is locked to the grommet shaft portion 11 locking to an installing hole of panels 6, 7 by pressing from a closing end portion side to the grommet flange side. The grommet flange 13 can face contact with a surface of the panel 7, and the cap flange 26 can face contact with a surface of the panel 6. The panels are pressed and held from both sides by the grommet and the cap.
